The Viper x242 Is one of the largest and most comprehensive Bridge Mills On the market with variable W-axis Crossrail which allows the operator to adjust the spindle-to-table distance to extend overall work envelope. With the increased S-T-T ratio being adjustable on this adjustable crossrail, the spindle stability improves unlike its inferior partner the fixed crossrail. With a work envelope of 398” X 165” X 118” The Mighty Viper can handle just about anything we put on it.

INTEGREX e-670H Multi-Tasking Machining Center is a complete fusion of CNC turning center and machining center, forming by far the most advanced Multi-Tasking machine in the industry. Complete all operations in a single setup – turning, milling, boring, drilling and more. The machine delivers precision and performance for heavy, large-diameter, shaft-type workpieces for a wide range of industry applications.
The machine is equipped with a high-output integral spindle motor featuring two gear ranges for a wide scope of heavy-duty machining applications. A drop-worm system with the same positioning accuracy as a machining center rotary table drives the the C-axis (0.0001-degree increments).
The high-performance milling spindle is a 50 taper, single spindle turret with automatic tool changer. A heavy-duty roller gear cam makes up the framework of the machine’s B-axis that provides milling spindle indexing or contouring and maximum tool point agility.
Fully programmable, servo driven, steady rest and tailstock ensure safe and accurate machining of long workpieces.

The INTEGREX e-1850V/12 Multi-Tasking machine combines full 5-axis machining, vertical turning operations and pallet-changing capabilities to productively process large, highly complex parts from a variety of workpiece materials.
Because the machine is able to perform milling, turning, boring and drilling operations in single setups, manufacturers can reduce the inaccuracies that occur when moving heavy parts across multiple workstations, eliminate work-in-process inventory and boost overall throughput.
High-speed and high-torque milling spindle specifications are available to successfully meet a broad range of application requirements in industries such as aerospace, heavy construction and energy.
The machine comes with a two-pallet changer that provides unattended operations and off-cycle part setup. This simple, efficient form of automation allows operators to load, unload and inspect parts on one pallet while the machine works on the other undisturbed.
