Every gearbox is chemically cleaned and receives a free teardown and inspection, new bearings, seals and gears, with gears and shafts remanufactured to OEM specifications. FARO CMM reports of critical features are provided, vibration analysis and NDT are available, and repairs carry the same warranty as the original equipment manufacturer.
Bearing sleeve replacement, seal packing sleeve replacement, shaft straightening, shaft inspection, shaft honing and anti-corrosion coatings, along with new shafts machined to your exact tolerances.
Our 250,000 sq ft facility has 22 overhead cranes rated up to 100,000 lb. Machining capacity includes a Mighty Viper bridge mill with a 100,000 lb capacity table and a Mazak INTEGREX e-670H II with a 42 in OD × 240 in length capacity.
