Yes. CBM offers a wide range of roll fabrication, repair and maintenance, including paper machine rolls and reel spools, with a Summit heavy-duty engine lathe listed at 72 × 480 in and cylindrical grinding up to 16 × 126 in.
Every gearbox is chemically cleaned and receives a free teardown and inspection, new bearings, seals and gears, with gears and shafts remanufactured to OEM specifications. FARO CMM reports of critical features are provided, vibration analysis and NDT are available, and repairs carry the same warranty as the original equipment manufacturer.
