A technical rebuild at CBM takes a complete unit, not just a single part, back to like-new condition. The unit is photographed on arrival and through disassembly, every fit is checked against OEM specifications, and you receive a detailed quote to restore it, with the price of a new part for comparison.
We concentrate on gear reducer repair, hydraulic and pneumatic repair, roll repair and other mechanical equipment. Because we make our own gears, shafts and couplings, we can cut lead times drastically, and a clean room is available for customers who require low-contamination rebuilds.

What a technical rebuild is
Full rebuild
The complete unit is disassembled, every fit is checked to OEM specifications, worn components are repaired or remade, and the unit is reassembled, tested if required, and returned with documentation and a 1-year warranty.
Component repair
A single part, such as a shaft, roll or gear, is repaired or remanufactured without rebuilding the whole unit.
