Every project at CBM begins and ends in the quality department!  CBM’s recent investments in quality equipment has given the QC Technicians state of the art technology to inspect all components prior to delivery.  The CBM QC Team also offers Non-Destructive Testing services.

FARO Laser Tracker

The FARO Laser Tracker-Vantage is an extremely accurate, portable coordinate measuring machine that enables you to build products, optimize processes, and deliver solutions by measuring quickly, simply, and precisely.  This powerful tool allows CBM to perform the following services:  Alignment, Reverse Engineering, Tool Building, and Part Inspection.

FARO Edge ScanArm HD

CBM’s FARO ScanArm is the perfect contact/non-contact measurement system. Unlike other scanning systems, the ScanArm’s hard probe and the Laser Line Probe can digitize interchangeably without having to remove either component. CBM can accurately measure prismatic features with the hard probe, then laser scan sections requiring larger volumes of data — all in one simple tool. The Edge ScanArm HD is the most high-performance contact/non-contact measurement system and is ideal for product development, inspection, and quality control and offers capabilities such as point cloud comparison with CAD, rapid prototyping, reverse engineering, and 3D modeling of free-form surfaces.
